RAYE BERRY, we process your personal data in the following ways within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), taking the security of your personal data into consideration. This text aims to inform you about the purpose of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the methods of collection, to whom it will be transferred, and your rights.

As the data controller, RAYE BERRY, the personal data we collect from you will be in categories such as identity information, contact information, transaction security information, and other data that may be included in your messages.

Source and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5/2-f of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), which states that "processing data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller" and with your explicit consent. Furthermore, this data is collected for legal obligations and the development of internal company activities.
Application Procedures and Principles
You can share your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 with us through the communication channels specified below the Agreement:
Your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request the correction, deletion or destruction of your data. You also have the right to inquire whether the processing activity is in accordance with its purpose and to learn which third parties your data has not been transferred to.
